Great to revisit Bruford here in the late 70's with his band. He's keenly aware of his surroundings (Recession in the U.S. in 79 and the pressure of record companies)yet producing his music, defying labels (Jazz or otherwise) as he always has. An interesting look back through the porthole of the late 70's.
